“WHAT IS HATE?”
Our
emotions are a result of our endocrine glands producing chemicals that travel
in our bloodstream to solicit a response, a behavior; how we perceive things and how we react. The endocrines have many other important jobs
in the human body besides emotions. But for the purposes of this article, let's look at "hate". In
order to address hate, we first need to understand it.
(Below - see chart of the 7
endocrine glands for # references)
We see
a lot of results of hate on the news these days but what happens in the body
that would cause one to hate? For some reason, whether real or imagined, we perceive
#6 a person (or a group) as harmful and feel the need to
protect ourselves by fight or flight #3.
The table below outlines our 7 Endocrine Glands and some, not all, of what each does. Most of the research has been done with #2 and reproduction which is why it is highlighted in green but there is so much more.
# | ENDOCRINE | PURPOSE | EXPRESSES AS |
#7 | PITUITARY | MASTER GLAND | PTSD / DISRUPTION OF ALL ENDOCRINES |
#6 | PINEAL | DAY / NIGHT / CICADIAN RHYTHMS | DEPRESSION / SUICIDE / AUTISM / ADHD / PERCEPTION |
#5 | THYROID | ENERGY | OVER / UNDER ACTIVE |
#4 | THYMUS | IMMUNE SYSTEM | INFLAMMATORY / AUTO-IMMUNE |
#3 | ADRENALS | POWER / FEAR | REACTION / FEAR / ROAD RAGE / HATE |
#2 | GONADS / OVARIES | REPRODUCTION / GENDER | IVF / INFERTILITY / PREMATURE BIRTHS / GENDER ISSUES |
#1 | PANCREAS | SUGAR REGULATION | DIABETES / MORBID OBESITY |
It’s reasonable,
that if someone harmed you or someone you care about, hating that person would
be one reaction to that behavior. In this situation, the behavior of a
particular person influences how you perceive them #6
and your reaction #3 is
fear, fight, flight or freeze. Passive hate would be separating yourself
from this person to avoid further harm. Active hate would be violence. Extreme
hate would be murder.
When the
body produces cortisol #3, it thinks it’s going to
war so it shuts down other systems in the body to put the energy into the arms
(fight) #3 or legs (flight) #3. Energy is redirected from the immune system #4, the
digestive system, the body holds onto water for emergency purposes. Get the
picture. Every time you produce cortisol #3, you
harm your own body. This demonstrates the old quote “Hating someone is like
drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.”
It doesn’t
matter if the threat is real or not, it is how you perceive #6 it. If something or someone creates the perception #6 of fear #3, that is
imaginary, the body reacts the same.
In the military,
you are told who the enemy is, who you should hate and who you should kill.
What might
cause so much hatred and killing in the US in recent times? Why here? Why now?
Why so extreme?
We are not all created equal, by way
of what we honor.
There
are people who honor rising to the top, no matter who they have to step on to
get there. Everyone is perceived #6 as being either above or below you. Imagine a pyramid where one or a few are at the top (billionaires)
and many are at the bottom (minimum wage). “I”
There
are people who honor those who contribute to the whole. Imagine a circle (or a
round table), where everyone looks at each other eye to eye, where everyone’s
opinion is weighed equally and everyone’s contribution is honored equally. “WE”.
Which do you to honor?
We all expect that everyone else is like us, thinks like us, honors what we honor, until we find out otherwise. Because those who honor the whole instead of the top are trusting; they have had promises broken, treaties broken, agreements not honored. “Been lied to, cheated on and treated like dirt” (as the song goes).
Do
you hear “WE”? Or “I”? It is those who say “WE” who end up on the bottom of the
pyramid when relating with those who say “I” (top of the pyramid).
Those who
are somewhere in the middle on the pyramid that say “I” in their climb to the
top, need someone to step on, so they step on the ones who say “WE” because
they see them as lesser than, as below them. This is where separation begins.
This is where the roots of hate begin.
All
wars have been caused by either “I vs I” to be on the top of the pyramid or “I
vs WE” where “I” takes from “WE” by any means necessary.
WHY HERE? WHY NOW?
The chart
above outlines how the endocrine system expresses itself with how it perceives #6 and reacts #3. What
if perception #6 and reaction #3 are interfered with, disrupted? What if they are
blocked? What if they are multiplied to the extreme? These are how Endocrine
Disrupting Chemicals (aka EDC’s) in the form of phthalates and BPA’s (and BPA
replacement chemicals), can affect the endocrine glands and a person’s emotions
and behavior.
EDC’s come from the Petrol Chemical companies in the form of plastics, plasticizers
and dumping of related wastes.
Off shore
drilling is done in the Gulf and the first chemical factories were build in the
Gulf States, which is where the first dumping into the water and the land
began. Those living in those areas have the longest exposure to EDC’s that
stretches over generations (WHY NOW?). The first work on how EDC’s affect
humans was done by Dr. Louis Guillette in Lake Apopka, FL in 1985.
The EDC’s
are not only in the environment but is in our homes and in our bodies by way of
any product that contains “fragrance” in the ingredient list of personal
products, cleaning products, laundry products, home products that are scented
(candles, plug-ins, etc.). These are phthalates and all they do is make a scent
last longer.
EDC’s
are also in plastic containers and packaging in the form of BPA and BPA
replacement chemicals that can leech into the product from the packaging.
WHY HERE? –
The US has only banned 1100 chemicals, the EU has banned 13,000. In fact, the
beauty companies have taken phthalates out of their products sold in the EU,
since they banned them but not in the US. This means they already have the
formula changed.
Are you
affected by EDC’s? Blood tests can be done to determine the amount of these
chemicals, if any, are in your blood. Blood tests can also be done on the
shooters who show an extreme behavior in the name of hate.
How many people
or groups in the news today show extreme behavior? Were they exposed to EDC’s
by being born and living in areas that have the longest exposure in the land
and water, over generations? Do they use “fragrance” products on a daily basis
in a form of personal or beauty products (like spray tans)? How many exposed
use the word “WE”? And not “I”?
How we
perceive #6 is also where depression originates.
Depression taken to the extreme can result in suicide and even more extreme,
suicide by cop.
Hate and
separation has always been around, when wondering WHY? this behavior is so
extreme now – ask “What else is happening now and that didn’t happen for all
those years?
EDC’s exposure coordinates with the timeline of
extreme behavior and extreme hate now. Make sense?
On this, the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington, and the recent "racially motivated" shooting in Jacksonville, FL, the intent of this article is to shine a light on the cause of hate, so we can both understand and eliminate hate.
Many Blessings on your Journey,
Janice
