LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF

    Let me introduce myself and outline some of my interests and what kind of articles you will find here.

    When I was a kid, my mother was the go to person for crafts in the neighborhood, I learned to knit and crochet when I was about 8 or 9. I design my own patterns and a few years ago I opened an ETSY Shop to sell the crochet patterns and products.

    When I was 9, my oldest brother sat me down and read "The Raven" to me and explained it. I have written poetry off and on since then. You may see some of my poetry here.

    Back in the '60's, my dad was into organic gardening and nutrition, way before it was popular. I follow in his foot steps. So, you may see articles on these topics also.

    Since high school, I have been fascinated with astrology. I tended bar for many years at a neighborhood family restaurant. Well, you know how it is when you have a few drinks, you want to pour out your heart to the bartender. Once my customers found out I practiced astrology, they would ask me to tell them about their sign or what sign is the best partner for them. Over the years, I formulated some new theories about astrology and sought a simpler way to explain it so everyone could understand and use the principles as tools to help themselves. I am in the process of writing a book about Astrology called "What If ... You Chose Your Life?" the premise being What if before you were born, you chose the time and place of your birth (that is to say your birth chart) and your parents for the lessons you are here to learn and the karma you are here to complete.  Most of these theories will appear here. Many will appear in "What If'" form that I call "1-2-3 SPECTIVE" ASTROLOGY. (short for perspective). It is based on the perspective of the world as a CHILD (1 of 1, SUBJECTIVE); an ADULT (1 or 2, OBJECTIVE); or a PARENT (1 of 3 or more, collective).

   In the late 1980's I was a bench jeweler, this is where I got a lot of on the job education about gemstones, metals and the Mineral Kingdom.

     About 20 years ago, I started learning about the energies of the Mineral Kingdom. Most of the stones I worked with as a bench jeweler were precious and semi-precious but I learned there were so many more available. I couldn’t find any jewelry in a store that interested me (energetically speaking), so I bought some beads and made a few necklaces for myself. This was before a lot of misrepresentations about gemstones and their energies. Each has its’ own energy, so why misrepresent?  I would like to clarify what I learned about their energies before they became so commercial through some articles.

    My greatest passion is the sharing of information. Nothing warms my heart more than when I give someone a piece of information and see the light in their eyes that means they can now understand and effectively change their life for the better. Only you can change your life. I'm merely offering another perspective.

    These articles (and the book) are dedicated to that light.
